Corruptor is the Hardmode version of the Eater of Souls and has similar AI. It attacks by throwing 'Vile Spit' at the player, but can attack using melee as well. It inflicts players with the 'Weakened' debuff.
Trivia[]
- Before the 1.2 Update, the block which the spit would touch would become corrupt
- It is much larger than a regular eater.
Bug : They sometimes spawn in the Underworld. Bug : In low light, Corruptors may appear to be two Corruptors joined together.
