Demon Eye is a Pre-Hardmode enemy that spawns exclusively at night. It can spawn in any biome. Unlike the Wandering Eye, it doesn't have a second form.

- They follow an AI similar to Eaters.
- They drop lenses, rarely black lenses.
- Killing 20 Demon Eyes in a night increases the chance of spawning EoC.
- Demon eyes produce blood that drips as it flies.
