The Lava Slime is a type of Slime that spawns in the Underworld. It is resistant to fire and can cause a problem to players with its bouncing AI and the prevalent lava nearby to be knocked into. However, it is less dangerous than other Underworld enemies such as the Demon or the Hellbat.
