Ragged Casters are enemies that can be found in the dungeon during Hardmode after defeating Plantera. They attack in quick bursts, rapidly firing the homing Lost Soul bolts before teleporting. Unlike the other Hardmode dungeon casters, the Ragged Caster will not teleport immediately after being hit, much like the pre-hardmode Dark Caster. To compensate, Ragged Casters have no delay between teleporting and firing their shots.

- They are immune to the Poisoned and Venom debuffs and only spawn areas of dungeons with a Slab Wall.
- They can also inflict the Blackout Debuff.
