Spectral Elemental is a Hardmode enemy that spawns in the undergound Hallow biome. It is much rarer than its counterpart, Chaos Elemental, but in return is much stronger, though much slower. This enemy can inflict the debuff 'Slow', making it more dangerous.

- Spectral Elemental cannot spawn on the surface, though it can follow the player there.
- It will, though extremely rarely, drop a Rainbow Rod.
