The Squirrel is a harmless creature. It does nothing except for running around and standing still once in a while, similar to the Bunny or (in rain) Goldfish. Unlike most creatures, it doesn't drop a monster banner.
Like most Passive Creatures, the Squirrel can be captured with a Bug Net and combined with a Terrarium to create a Squirrel Cage.
