The Horseman's Blade is a Hardmode sword that summons homing pumpkin head projectiles upon striking an enemy. It is one of the strongest swords in-game, beaten only by the True Night's Edge and Terra Blade. It cannot be crafted.

- Although it is not dropped by Headless Horseman, but by Pumpking , it is called the Horseman's Blade.
- It may be considered stronger than the Terra Blade due to it's projectile being homing.
- It does not emit light though it itself can be seen in darkness.
